Vemova Studios respects the privacy of DinoEater players, especially children and families. This policy explains how the DinoEater Android game handles information.
1. Personal information and data collection
DinoEater does not automatically collect, transmit or share players' personal information through gameplay. No account, registration or personal details are required. The app does not request Android permissions, including the Internet permission, and does not operate a developer-controlled server that receives gameplay information.
2. Device information and graphics settings
DinoEater reads basic device information, such as device model and graphics hardware, locally to select suitable graphics settings. This information is not transmitted to Vemova Studios or third parties.
3. Optional diagnostics
Optional diagnostic functionality may record device details, frame timings, performance measurements and gameplay events locally. Diagnostics are disabled by default and reports are not automatically uploaded. Copying a report requires an explicit user action.
If a player or parent voluntarily sends a copied report to Vemova Studios, we use the supplied information to investigate the issue and respond to the support request. A report may include technical device details or information supplied by the sender.
4. Advertising and analytics
DinoEater does not contain advertisements or use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The app does not use advertising trackers or collect advertising identifiers.
5. Offline gameplay
DinoEater works offline and does not request Android's Internet permission. Downloading, purchasing (if applicable) or updating the app through Google Play may require an internet connection.
6. Children's privacy
DinoEater is intended for children and families, including children aged 2–8. It does not require children to submit personal information, and it has no online player accounts, in-game messaging or social networking features. Parents and guardians may contact us with privacy concerns.
7. Google Play
DinoEater is distributed through Google Play. Google may process information about downloads, purchases, installation, updates and device compatibility according to Google's Privacy Policy. Such processing is separate from data collected by the DinoEater app.
8. Data storage, retention and deletion
Vemova Studios does not maintain online player accounts or personal-data records generated by ordinary gameplay. Optional diagnostics remain on the device unless a user deliberately shares them. Locally stored application data can generally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it, subject to Android's storage and backup behaviour.
If you voluntarily email us a support request or diagnostic report, we may retain the information you send for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your enquiry and manage related correspondence. You may request deletion of information you supplied by contacting support@vemovastudios.co.uk, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
9. Security
The game does not automatically transmit diagnostic information or gameplay data to Vemova Studios. Any information voluntarily provided through email is handled for support and privacy enquiries.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DinoEater's features or privacy practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
